An Early Summer Dinner Party with Chef Russo

Kowalski’s is thrilled to announce a new culinary partnership with renowned Chef Lenny Russo, owner and executive chef of the former Heartland Restaurant in St. Paul. Chef Russo is a multiyear finalist for the James Beard Best Chef Midwest Award and author of Heartland: Farm-Forward Dishes from the Great Midwest. He’s best known for his hyper-local approach to fine dining.

Join Chef Russo to share a special menu and learn his pro techniques and tips for Coq au Vin Blanc, Green Bean Salad and Roasted Garlic-Feta Cheese Vinaigrette. Tasting portions of all dishes and wine pairings will be served along with a seasonal dessert. Chef Russo’s printed recipes will be provided.
