Yes, we deliver! Our delivery fees are based on mileage. Please call our Call Center at 651-313-6870 to inquire about the delivery fee to your location. The delivery fee is automatically generated and applied at checkout when you order online.
 

We kindly request at least a 72-hour notice for all orders.

A 48-hour notice is required.

All merchandise sold at Kowalski's Markets is sold with a 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with something you purchased at any of our markets, you may return it for an exchange, store credit or refund. Gift merchandise may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. However, all clearance item sales are final. Duplicate receipts are available at the time of purchase. Please ask your cashier.
 

We will gladly accept manufacturer coupons that have been clipped from newspapers or magazines as well as internet coupons that have been printed by the customer.
 
Manufacturer coupons: One coupon per product purchased. Coupon must match the item purchased (brand, product and size). All coupons must have an expiration date. Coupons cannot be expired. Coupons must contain a reception address. Coupons must scan at the register. Original coupons only; photocopies cannot be accepted.

Internet coupons: Internet coupons are subject to the same requirements listed above. We do not accept internet coupons for FREE items. We do not accept home-printed manufacturer coupons that offer $ OFF (i.e. $1.00, $2.00, $3.00 OFF) that exceed more than half the retail price of the product.

Competitor coupons: We do not accept competitors' coupons nor manufacturer coupons from competitors' ads. We gladly accept legitimate internet coupons. However, there are a growing number of fraudulent internet coupons in circulation. We are committed to protecting our customers, manufacturers and our company against this illegal activity. Please understand if we cannot honor an internet coupon that has been presented. Management has the right to refuse any coupon that may appear fraudulent/photocopied or to limit quantities. Kowalski's reserves the right to withdraw the acceptance of internet coupons.

Number of coupons accepted per item: It is the policy of Kowalski's to accept one manufacturer coupon and one store coupon per item. However, the value of the coupon cannot exceed the price of the item. If the value of the coupons exceeds the item price, only the amount up to the item price will be deducted.
 

Usernames and passwords from kowalskis.com will transfer to the new site. The first time you place an order on our updated website, you will be required to enter your payment information again.

Order history from the previous website will not be migrated. If you need to see a previous order you have placed, please contact us for assistance.
